Eating a vegetarian diet has undeniable health advantages. There is a good chance that you have tried it but for whatever reason you couldn't stick with it.
Now you have the chance to make it last: come join a (support) group of people with the same aspirations - to eat healthier, to feel better and not hate it!
Come meet people who've done the "vegetarian thing" for decades. Learn simple and cost effective recipes for out-of-this-world delish!
Meetings are:
- once a month (2nd Tuesday of the month)
- September through March
- @ 6:30 p.m.
